Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, US delivery takes 1–3 business days (2–5 days total). UK, Canada, and Australia take 7–14 business days. Germany and France may take up to 50 days due to customs. All other international destinations: 4–11 business days. You'll get a tracking email once your order ships.

Can I return my brush?

Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a return. See our Refund Policy for full details.

My brush arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us a photo of the damage at support@glydechoice.com and we'll send a free replacement right away — no return required.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. Email us at support@glydechoice.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once shipped, we can't make changes but you can still return it within 30 days.
